The name SUGO carries dual meaning: in Korean, it means "you did a great job today"-we wanted SUGO to be your cozy third space-a welcoming spot where community, comfort, and good food come together. In Italian, it means “sauce”-a nod to the heart of our kitchen, where a variety of house-made sauces are crafted daily to bring every dish to life.
